"Totally finished" is $29/sq ft to finish with drywall, standard base and case, glue down carpet, flat black spray painted ceiling, MCH electrical plug and switch standard, half bath with in stock furniture style vanity and top. All standard finishes will apply. Rough plumbing will be included for future bath unless sewer lines heights do not permit plumbing to be ran below footer.
